Delete your Accurate Step Counter with Cal account
Accurate Step Counter with Cal only has an online account if you joined Together (friends, clubs, races, leaderboards). Everything else is stored on your phone.
Delete in the app
- Open Accurate Step Counter with Cal and go to Me → Account and sharing.
- Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything online.
Your online data is deleted right away.
Data on your phone
To also remove your profile, step history, goals and game progress from your phone, go to Me → Privacy and data → Delete data on this phone, or uninstall the app. You can export a copy first in the same place.
Ask by email
If you no longer have the app, or it doesn’t work, you can ask us to delete your account:
- Email dealskhazanacontact@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Accurate Step Counter with Cal account”.
- Include your friend code (shown in Me → Account and sharing, for example K7Q2-M9XD) and your nickname. Accounts are anonymous, so this is how we find yours.
We may ask a question to check the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you don’t know your friend code, tell us your nickname, country and roughly when you joined, and we will do our best.
What is deleted
- Your profile: nickname, avatar, country, year of birth, friend code and sharing choices.
- Your daily step totals stored online, and your leaderboard and weekly league entries.
- Your friends and friend requests, club memberships, duels, cheers, blocks and the reports you made.
- Your place in races and Hot Potato games you were part of.
- Your anonymous sign-in account.
What is kept
- Results of races that already finished stay for the other players, without your name or ID.
- Clubs you created stay for their other members, and pass to another member.
- Reports other people made about you may be kept as long as needed to handle them.
- Data on your phone stays until you delete it there (see above).
